You know that feeling you get when there's a sneeze lurking somewhere in your sinuses, but it won't develop to the point where you actually sneeze? It's even worse when it's incipient hiccups.

Of course, if I actually did get hiccups, that would mean that Harvard Med School would call me while I had them, so maybe I should be hoping I get them anyway.
