1. It rained, finally.
2. I got a response and a sample text from the FR-EN medical translation job. It's a one-year contract if I get it. The sample text they sent me is exactly the kind of thing I love doing. The only down side is, the contract (if I get it) doesn't start until October.
3. However, I have a call in to a temp agency. Hopefully I can get an appointment with them this week.
4. Time Warner Cable sent me a bill with an $86 credit on it. Since they're in Ohio, theoretically they should send me the $86. Even if I never see the money, though, it's a bill I don't have to pay.
All in all, for a Monday, this is a pretty good day.
