sausage and spinach pie

It needs a little tweaking, but it mostly worked.

1 lb sweet Italian sausage, fried and drained (if link sausage, take the casings off before frying)
1 lb frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 15-oz container ricotta cheese
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Basil, oregano and parsley

Combine everything, and put it in a pie crust. Bake at 375 for an hour or so, until it puffs up a bit and looks done.

I could've used less spinach and more cheese, but it's very tasty anyway.
