two more weeks...
I think I might be able to hold it together this week. I slept from 8:45 Saturday night to 8:45 Sunday morning (with a short interruption at 6:30 for Lily, who apparently thought my right ear urgently needed to be purred into), and that seems to have helped quite a lot with the permanent lack of cope I was (not) functioning with last week.
Having a week off after Christmas will be good, too. I hear one of my semi-annual huge cleaning fits calling me. It is, of course, competing with the calls of Civ 4, and two different embroidery projects, and whatever books I end up coming back from Noank with (because I always do), and...but that's what having a week off after Christmas is for.
I wish it hadn't decided to be COLD on Saturday and WET on Sunday, because I went out running around in the COLD and couldn't get everything done. Then I declined to go running around in the WET, so I have a list to get around to tonight. Mostly it's "buy stuff that would have been too heavy to carry home yesterday after getting carried away at Trader Joe's to begin with".
