I've been referring to the cats as the Noisy Oysters occasionally, because noisy noise (generally of a fire truck or motorcycle nature) annoys them. I think I may have to just start referring to my whole household as Noisy Oysters, because today noisy noise (generally conversations that involve both parties talking at cross purposes for ten minutes and repeating themselves over and over and over) annoys me. Especially when I'm trying to proofread an abstract that's written in not-quite-English.
