Monday, but not excessively

It's warm out! Hooray! Even more hooray because I live on the shady side of Union St., so the weather is melting the ice where the sun (when it's out) doesn't.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to buy an all-in-one printer. I hate them, because the last time I had to deal with one, they hadn't quite been invented yet. They seem to be somewhat better now, but I still hate them. However, my current printer is an ancient (as in you can't get ink for it these days) inkjet, and I need both a printer and a copier for the India visa application. I have both at work, of course, but work keeps getting in the way of completing the application. (Well, that and the fact that the application requires the address of either somebody you know in India or the hotel you're staying at, and I'm waiting for an email reply before I can sort that out.)

Speaking of sorting things out, I wish the student loan interest notices would go out before February. I like to get my taxes over with as soon as possible, because then I can thumb my nose at all the increasingly urgent tax prep ads through April.

I suppose I know why it's so hard to find the phone numbers for hospital presidents/CEOs (they Do Not Want calls from the general public), but it makes my life somewhat difficult to have to look in four different places and not find the phone numbers.

I have a laser printer you can have. In fact, I have a few. HOW LARGE do you want it to be? :)

Small enough so that a 10-lb cat won't fit in it. And preferably possessed of a USB port.

Ooh, that USB port thing might be hard. Hmm...

I suppose ethernet or Firewire would also work. How old are these printers?
