My apartment is clean. Vacuumed, counters cleared off, dishes done, kitchen clean, bedroom floor excavated, bathroom washed, bills filed, random stuff sorted. I also have the ingredients to make key lime pie if I want to. My time tomorrow and Tuesday is mine to do anything I want. Life is good.
The Argh...
It's snowing again. It rained all day yesterday, and I was all set to spend the day curled up in my papasan chair watching it rain, except two of the three bulbs in my living room light burned out, so I had to go out in the rain and buy light bulbs. Having come home with the light bulbs and replaced the burned-out ones, I then found the ones I knew I had somewhere and couldn't for the life of me find when I wanted them. Oh well, exercise is good for me, and I didn't melt in the rain. My feet didn't even get wet (thanks to my ankle boots, which have seams that don't leak).
I forgot what "completely at ease" feels like. I think it feels like this.
