I seem to have been bitten by the cooking bug this week. I have some apples that got fairly badly bruised on the way back from the grocery store, and some various other odds and ends. After dinner I'm going to make apple-oatmeal-pecan muffins.

Hm. If I can find the recipe, I could make carrot raisin muffins too, and then I'd definitely have something to eat for breakfast for a while.
