I've fallen over the edge into shamelessness. I actually made a half-batch of chocolate chip cookie dough because I wanted to eat cookie dough, not because I wanted to make cookies. (No, I am not going to eat the entire thing; I'm going to make cookies, but it's the intent that I consider shameless.)

It's a lot easier to be bored in the winter than it is in the summer, I'm discovering.

Would it make you feel better if I told you I buy chocolate chip cookie dough by the bucket, and often will make cookies perhaps once before the bucket is empty? (and that is often to finish it off so I can start the next bucket)

I suppose it does, if only because I made mine. I tried storebought cookie dough once and it tasted artificial.
