Feb. 18th, 2005 12:46 pmAs you probably know by now, I've had a fairly miserable week. So tomorrow, I want to do something for myself. The question is, what? My usual options for indulgence around here are of the "cheap and drinkable" variety, or the "look, Ma, more books!" variety. I want to do something other than those. I think maybe I want a phantom tollbooth or something to show up on my doorstep and divert me entirely.
I'm tired of the fact that what I want and what I can make happen have nothing to do with each other. So how do I get them to meet up in the middle?

I got lots of national geographic if you want interesting stuff to read that you can throw in the recycle bin when you are done...
