If I had any way to do it, I would pay people to stand in the nearest public space to the White House and recite the Bill of Rights 24/7/365 until the next election. Sort of like a perpetual adoration, only not quite. I wonder how long it would take before they started arresting the reciters?
Something about Ohio being the deciding factor in this election strikes me as terribly ironic. I'm not sure why.
Kent votes by punch cards. I hope Ohio doesn't turn into another Florida.
Is there a statute of limitations on war crimes? I don't think there is, if people are still looking for Nazi concentration camp guards.
No, I'm not going to move to Canada, unless there's in-house translation work for me there.
If the voter turnout had been "normal", I wonder who would have won.
