The literary draft is done, but needs cleaning up before Thursday. (Yes, I know Thursday is a holiday, but due to the miracle of e-mail, that's when it's due.) The dictionary instructions draft is done. The two translations I have to hand in three hours from now are done.

The only thing that isn't done is the laundry, and if I get my act together sufficiently in the next fifteen minutes, I can get that done before 4:00.

So, the mixed list of things to do and things to bring with me tomorrow is as follows:

-Laundry
-Get editing project off lab computer
-Assorted financial gymnastics

-Workshopped dictionary draft
-Literary draft and original version
-Composition exercises
-FR/ENG dictionary
-ENG thesaurus
-Computer

What I really want, mind you, is about four days of sleep punctuated by the occasional turkey sandwich. (And stuffing, and farci, and cranberry sauce, and all like that there.) Not gonna happen, though.

Did I say I was done? I lied.

The pile of work I'm taking with me tomorrow is approaching a foot high. To be fair, most of that foot is two dictionaries and a thesaurus, but it's still a pile.

In happier news, I got the UCLA Loneliness Scale and the liquid crystals translations back tonight. And caught two grading mistakes, so I got back another three and a half points on the loneliness scale translation.

Oh, and I love my keychain drive. It turns out that I already had the editing project on this computer, but now I have absolute proof that I can take files off the lab computers without sending them to myself via e-mail (which always seemed vaguely silly anyway).

I suppose I should pack some clothes and such. Which reminds me, there's laundry all over my bed.
