Nov. 8th, 2006 07:40 pmCheese, Gromit! (Mac and cheese, actually.) Provolone and bergenost and romano, because I wanted to use up the bergenost, which doesn't really taste like much.
I keep losing the recipe for mac and cheese that doesn't involve making cheese sauce, so I keep trying things until I get it right. I hate making cheese sauce, so whenever possible, I don't. In the case of mac and cheese, I put noodles and flour and a very large amount of cheese together in the lasagna pan, put more cheese on top of it, pour a lot of milk over it and put the whole works in the oven.
Whether I got it right or not, it smells good.
