thoughts thought on a Tuesday
Oct. 2nd, 2007 03:43 pmLily knows she gets fed at 7:15 on weekday mornings, after I get out of the shower and get some clothes on. This does not, however, keep her from making sure every morning at 6:15 that I'm sure I don't want to get up and feed her yet. At least she's not absolutely insistent about it. If she doesn't get results, she settles in or goes away until right before my first alarm goes off. I really hope she doesn't wake me up at 5:15 when the clocks change.
I have no idea how she got the drain basket out of the kitchen sink the other night, but I can't think of any other reason why it would be in the middle of the kitchen floor in the morning. I've got to get her some puffballs, if she wants toys she can carry around.
My office at work is half a disaster area, because there are still eight huge boxes of binders that belong to my boss in it. Since today was fairly slow, I started trying to put things where I want them. I've only had an office for three or four months now...
Speaking of putting things where I want them (at home):
- Ask about moving bicycle downstairs
- Get stand for bicycle
- Sort through files
- Decide where art is going
- Deal with A/V cables
- Obtain more counter space
- Investigate coffee machines with clocks
- Rethink junk drawer
