Friday? (please?)

Apparently I have not yet learned that if you're going to run around most of the Longwood Medical Area (DFCI, OBC, BIDMC West, BWH, CHB, HIM and NRB in that order) for two hours delivering heavy SOP packets in slippery Tyvek envelopes, on a 90-degree humid day, you should really not do it on an empty stomach. I look like a boiled lobster and I feel like I've been run over. Unfortunately this month the delivery deadline was two days ago, so there wasn't much of a choice about it.

Next Friday I'm taking a personal day. I need it. I've got six or seven errands and half of a cleaning fit to get done, and the weekend is never quite long enough.
