lots and lots of not much
Sep. 2nd, 2008 11:00 amIt seems I've got the insidious grue, because I've still got it. At least it's down to making me tired all day and only filling my head with glue overnight.
Since I spent all weekend being tired all day, I didn't do nearly as much as I would have otherwise. I wanted to be out enjoying the weather, but I spent a lot of the weekend curled up on the sofa embroidering instead. Which was good because I want to get my cousin's wedding present done by October 12, so I can give it to them at the My, How You've Grown Festival.
I did go out yesterday morning, after a long debate with myself about whether or not it was advisable to go anywhere near Allston on September 1, and whether or not it was advisable to go to a hardware store in Allston on September 1. I lost count after counting 35 moving trucks between my front door and the T stop at Harvard & Comm Ave, which two points are a little over a mile apart.
In other news, I ordered a new laptop last Friday and am sitting here trying not to yell at the FedEx tracking site, which says the laptop left Lewisberry, PA on August 30 and hasn't said anything since. That'll teach me to order anything on the Friday before a long weekend.
