Feb. 9th, 2009 03:56 pmTrader Joe's has let me down. They seem not to have tuna cat food (which consists almost entirely of tuna and vitamins, so Snip can eat it) lately, and every TJ's employee I've asked about it didn't know they didn't have it.
However, what they do have right now is really excellent blackberries, and I love blackberries.
I also loved the weather yesterday. I left my sluck-puddle-and-ice boots at home and walked to Coolidge Corner in my sneakers, by way of Washington Square, and home by way of Kupel's since I was pretending it's spring.
I really must remember to get my new boss to put her approval of my vacation request in an email, so I can forward the email to the office manager, so she can't give me grief about getting approvals for taking the week before Easter off. (I have to get approval from four people every time I want to take any time off, including the half day for my stove to get replaced. Heaven forbid any phone not be answered by a Real Person at All Times.)
