an anniversary

Today is the Ides of September. That means it's a year since Snip swallowed the needle, which means I've had her for a year and a week.

Despite the heart attack she gave me last September 15, and the Great Cat Food Quest she sent me on trying to figure out what she's allergic to, I think I came home with the right cat.
