and so, having disposed of the monster...
May. 12th, 2011 10:10 amLast night at bedtime I found my missing contact lens, which had somehow managed to get under the bedcovers and halfway down the bed. So I rehydrated and disinfected the living daylights out of it overnight, and am now wearing it again. I have also ordered more lenses, since I only have one pair of my current prescription, and of course that's when things like yesterday happen.
On the work front, the Provost's office has caught up with us as far as the March P&R meeting, so we're not doing badly there either. We only had one meeting in March, so setting up the post-Provost emails and other miscellaneous stuff wasn't as much of a pain as usual.
AND, I have next week's Longer Service meeting as set up as it's going to get until Monday, so I'm ahead of myself there. (Well, I suppose I could actually print the votesheets, but I don't have to do that today.)
And so, having disposed of the monster, exit our heroine through the front door, stage right.
