Dec. 6th, 2011 12:34 pmI hesitate to say it, because it will hear me and start again, but the Niagara of the Nose seems to be drying up. Thank goodness. That would've been severely inconvenient today since it's P&R day. It's hard to take minutes when you can't concentrate because you have to keep blowing your nose, and you drown out the committee members speaking when you do blow your nose. (I seem to have inherited Dad's sinuses, and can't blow my nose quietly.)
It shouldn't be 60 degrees in December, but on the other hand, it hasn't snowed yet. After last winter, it can not snow for as long as it likes.
Memo to self: Don't use Whole Foods ground pork for cretons. Since they put a fair amount of fat in it, it cooks down a lot, and the return isn't quite worth the investment. (And, since it's Whole Foods, I use the word "investment" advisedly.) What I did get for final product is tasty, though.
Memo to Hairy Beasts: Please to not ruin the Indian bedspread by sticking claws through it. I put it on the bed because the other quilt has taken a trip across town, not because I wanted the bedspread shredded.
