The landscapers came through with the weedwhackers again today while I was out running errands, and they cut my chrysanthemum off at ground level. Granted, I didn't plant it to begin with (it was here when I moved in), and granted I wouldn't have been here when it bloomed again, but it ticks me off anyway! Especially since I was very careful about not killing the new sprouts when I pulled the dead stuff off them in April. GRRR. I guess if it isn't blooming and isn't a bush, it's a weed. Idiots.
