When I got back from the grocery store yesterday, there was a notice on my front door about fire extinguisher inspections this morning. I read the notice, and then promptly forgot about it until about ten minutes ago. I meant to put the fire extinguisher on the doorstep last night, but didn't, so the maintenance guy came looking for it while I was in the shower. So now I have an inspected fire extinguisher, water all over my bathroom floor, and soggy spots in my carpet because I came flying out of the shower once I remembered why there were people pounding on the front door.

I get to go run rampant through the library's non-circulating dictionaries this afternoon, because I got permission to borrow a couple for the ATA exam. (Hooray, I get Routledge!) I know why they won't let us share dictionaries for the exam, but it would make my life and R's a little easier if they would, since apparently we want a couple of the same ones.

Today's list: pay bills and finish off yesterday's list.
