dchenesAnybody who came in contact with me after lunch on Wednesday knows I was an absolute wreck because my grad school application was still stuck in limbo due to lack of recommendation letters. Since Wednesday I've e-mailed AND called my undergrad advisor at Oberlin asking what the deal was. Today I got a reply saying she sent the letter in February, but has now both faxed and e-mailed it to Kent State.
So now I'm scared to death again, only differently this time, because if they decide to accept me, I (a) have to come up with a LOT of money in a hurry, (b) have to pack, find a place to move to, get myself and my stuff out to Ohio, and (c) do all of the above before the end of August. I'd also have to leave the cats. *whimper*
Yeah, I know, I can't even manage to be happy with things that would be bloody marvelous if they happened. What the hell is wrong with me anyway?
