WET!nesday

dchenesToday is Wednesday. I know that, because yesterday was Tuesday. However, for some reason I seem to have decided that today is also Tuesday, and I have to keep reminding myself that it isn't.
I wish I wouldn't get brilliant work-related ideas at 11:30 at night. Yesterday's idea was so good that I've spent the morning putting together most of the parts of it. Unfortunately, what I don't know is how to get Access to tie them together for me.
It is now two hours later, and I'm home, ostensibly waiting for the man from the gas company to disconnect my stove. Except he showed up at 10:30 (my landlady was home, so it all worked out), so I'm taking half of a personal day for no particular reason. (Although I'm inclined to consider three 10-hour work days since last Tuesday as a reason.)
Given that the weather at the moment is too soggy to go much of anywhere, and given that I shoveled out the front porch and parts of the driveway just now and my outerwear is too soggy to go much of anywhere, whatever shall I do with myself for the rest of the afternoon?
