dchenesEvery time I go to the Super 88, unless I'm in a screaming rush, I try to buy something experimental. This time it was lotus root, which I had no clue whatsoever what to do with until I had lotus root salad at Jo Jo Taipei.
Fortunately it seems that lotus roots are less complicated than artichokes, and I found a lotus root salad recipe to start from. If I can't figure it out by myself, I guess I'll just have to go back to Jo Jo Taipei and order lotus root salad again. (Horrors.)
