It seems the reason my doctor never called me, and sent me the ultrasound results by mail instead, is because my phone was dying. Therefore, I went on the Great Phone Quest last night. (Actually, it wasn't that Great. It was a simple matter of walking to the Sprint store on Market St., looking at phones, picking one that won't dial Timbuktu while riding around in my bag and doesn't exist to send text messages, and buying it.) I bought my old phone in a fit of gadget envy, and after I got over it being a Gadget, I really didn't like it that much.

The only thing I'm annoyed about is that I couldn't figure out how to download the Mahna Mahna song to use as a ringtone on the new phone. I guess I need to borrow a teenager for five minutes.

By the way, I don't need any surgery.
