Azithromycin is supposedly wonderful stuff. I hope it actually is. (By way of not setting off the TMI siren, I will merely say I look forward to being able to eat any meal without fairly dire consequences three hours later.) I wouldn't have resorted to antibiotics, except this has been going on (to varying degrees) for almost two weeks now.

At least my circadian rhythm seems to be back in Eastern Daylight time again, which is useful. Even if my brain thinks I should be awake at 4:30 in the morning, the rest of me absolutely does not want to leap up and start doing things that early. It took longer than I thought to get everything back on the same schedule.

I had a most excellent conversation last night, the upshot of which is that while cruising along in limbo isn't terrible, I'm going to have to make myself stop doing it sooner or later. If I don't want to be everybody's maiden aunt (for instance), it's up to me to change things. At some point I have to decide how to do it and how much of it to do.
