Oct. 30th, 2010 02:34 pmSmall steps in the right direction:
I remembered to buy vacuum cleaner bags this morning.
I also wandered down to the vet's office and made appointments for the Hairy Beasts on November 12. Which, because it's day 2 of an artificial four-day weekend, works out quite well. I was shocked that I could get appointments that soon. I guess I'm used to dealing with human doctors, whose schedules are usually a lot less convenient.
Speaking of which, Mom went to the orthopedic surgeon for her two-month post-op appointment and he said "see you next year", which is lovely for all concerned.
I suppose now that I have vacuum cleaner bags, I should put one in the vacuum cleaner and de-fuzz the rug.
