dchenesAnd the winner is...Amsterdam! I got flight and hotel for four days for $1900, so why the hell not? I leave in the afternoon and get there the next morning, but coming back I leave at noon and get back at 2:30. I can do that.
As it is all of 12 degrees this morning, I can't wait. The warmer weather that was supposed to be over here seems to be over there, so I guess I'll take my lighter (but windproof) winter coat with me and hope for the best. (On a related subject, why are all touchscreen-compatible gloves utterly useless for temperatures under 40? Maybe the glove manufacturers think you won't notice your hands are freezing if you're distracted by Facebook?) Anyway, New Adventure! Yay!
