I got buzzed on purpose so I could see what happened to my singing. It seems to make my throat stop trying to do what it shouldn't (I thought as much) and on a four-second inhale (which is almost too much and makes me feel like a puffer fish) I can hold a single note for 23 seconds. I'm not sure that means anything except that my lungs work reasonably well.
