My brain is singing "en vacances, en vacances" to the tune of On Wisconsin.

So far, in the first week of vacation, I have:

- Had my picture taken for the Harvard Hero award
- Had one entire day (today) in which I have not looked at my work email at all
- Made some pretty darn good chicken and vegetable soup
- Walked an average of at least one mile a day
- Bought DVDs of Rogue One and The Last Jedi
- Bought a stuffed elephant because why not?
- Taken the old towels to the MSPCA
- Gone to the dive shop and asked all the silly questions I couldn't get answers to on the internet
- Done some embroidery
- Played some Civ 5
- Ordered some new jeans
- Bought a ticket to see Blue Man Group on Monday (forgot Monday was marathon day; oops)
- Been Sat On and Purred At for most of a morning
- Eaten entirely too much cheese and a very large amount of blueberries (not together)

After Monday afternoon I have absolutely nothing on the agenda for next week. And that is a lovely idea.
