all RIGHT, already!

We're going to get a thunderstorm sometime today. It isn't here yet, but I wish it would just get here and change the relative humidity and make a lot of noise. I'm in the mood for a lot of noise not produced by human means.
No job at the pizza parlor either; they said they'd already hired somebody and hadn't taken the sign down yet. They will, however, sit on my application for six months. Sigh. I'm rapidly running out of options, here. Anybody want to hire me to do anything I'm good at?
Apparently I owe the apartment complex $6.88 for something. I know this because they left a note (on official letterhead) in my screen door. They did not, however, bother to tell me why I owe them anything. If it has to do with fixing my kitchen faucet in March, I'll be rather annoyed. I started asking for the faucet to be fixed last October, and they finally got to it in March, and if they charged me for the replacement parts or something, I'm going to be displeased. That's what I pay rent for, right?
My left elbow is sore for no discernible reason. It feels like I got a rug burn, but it doesn't look like it.
I should put on a shirt I don't care about being rained on in, and go for a very long walk. I think I'll do that. Maybe I'll feel less like biting somebody afterward.
