I've been playing with the idea of making Vietnamese spring rolls for dinner since, oh, early June sometime. Having finally decided, last week, that I suppose I can live without mint to put in them, I went off to Cleveland intending to make spring rolls when I got back. So today I went to the grocery store and among the exorbitantly priced fresh herbs, there was mint. On sale, even. Guess what I'm having for dinner?

If I say I guess it was mint to be, how many of you will quit talking to me ever again? :)

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I just had fresh rolls for dinner yesterday! I should make William make them at home though - his are always more herb-y than anything we get at restaurants.
