OK, so I'm not done yet. I've got an article to write for the composition class we don't actually have this week, but have to e-mail assignments for anyway. At least the exercises are done. So, today, editing project and article, and put the exercises somewhere I can pick them up from. I've got the typical Mac vs PC problem here; I can't burn a CD on my Mac, take it to campus, put it in a PC and get things off it. So I have to leave documents sitting in my gmail account or similar, so I can pick them up that way.
I got an A on the L10N midterm. Apparently the problems I was having with it were universal, and were the result of some truly awful software design decisions (why the hell would you hard-code the first two menu items but not the rest of them?)
Today being Tuesday, I have to see if I can't get ahold of a parallel text for the Alzheimer's translation that justifies a couple of rather strange terms. I love memantine.com; it justified "voltage-dependent" and "background noise" in the context of Alzheimer's (once I remembered how to spell "memantine", anyway).
I wish it were as warm out as it looks.
