Very good, then. Now I have to find an apartment in Boston. What's a 1BR outside, or on the fringes of, college student central going for these days?
The current contingency plan is to use my free ticket to fly back to Boston almost immediately after graduation, find an apartment for July 1, fly back to Kent, pack everything and job-hunt at the same time if necessary, and then somehow get self and stuff to new apartment for July 1 and go quietly mad.
Never mind what I said last week about weighing a hundred and eighty pounds by May. By the time I get this apartment-and-job Mongolian clusterfuck sorted out, I'll probably have given up eating and sleeping.

You can probably find a studio or a 1 bedroom for $700- $1000. I would highly recommend looking on craigslist. That way you avoid the whole realtor fee thing. And you could conside asking the owners to email you pictures to determine whether or not it would work for you. And if you want, when you find a place you are interested in, I would be willing to go look at it on a weekend to tell you if its are any good.
And if you don't find a place before you need to move down here, all you have to do is ask and we will clean out the space in the furnished basement room and you can stay there for a bit while looking. I know that our landlord wouldn't mind as long as you didn't stay too long (And for him, too long would probably be a couple months. Then he'd start asking about rent rather than trying to kick you out.)
