dchenesIt's been too bloody cold for the last couple of days. I think it's affecting my brain. Of all the days to decide to have the final argument with the storm windows, I picked last night. I got all but one of them down, although I did have to resort to using a screwdriver. This is what I get for having four windows in my bedroom, although it's the biggest bedroom I've ever had.
I hate being cold. I can't fall asleep when I'm cold, and despite the featherbed and the enormous flannel comforter, I lie in bed shivering for about half an hour and trying to keep my feet in a somewhat-warm spot. I used to feel bad for my boyfriends in the winter because my feet are perpetually cold and I can't imagine what it's like getting into a warm bed and encountering somebody whose feet are like ice cubes.
The fact that it's too cold to snow is just Wrong.
