It's mildly annoying to have an interlibrary loan article show up and not remember what I wanted it for.

I've sort of got a start on the analysis, although the introduction needs to be longer. I'm still fighting with it, because for some reason I feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. I had an outline I understood, and then I found out it wasn't what's required, and I don't understand the new requirements. On the good side, though, I got a section of translation back yesterday, and it had three punctuation errors in it and absolutely no major problems. Thank goodness. I guess beating my head against all that terminology was worth it.

I decided to split the last of the glossary stuff over today and tomorrow, because I know perfectly well I can't get it all done today and I have to be in the lab anyway for the meeting this afternoon. I was thinking of doing it all tomorrow, but I'd rather work on the analysis tomorrow when I won't have to stop in the middle and go to another meeting.
At least I hope I won't. Two meetings a week with this group is annoying enough.

The trees are thinking about putting out leaves. The trumpet vine is actually doing it. It amazes me that there aren't two or three birds' nests in the thing, because there are always birds in it. Kent may be a backwater, but a lot of the people who live here have planted a lot of flowers, so it's nice to walk around and see things blooming all over the place.

We're supposed to have thunderstorms tomorrow. I hope we actually do.
