(no subject)

If I didn't know better, I would swear I've got either magpies or a Bag of Devouring that likes small shiny things. I replaced my missing headphones, but now I'm missing an entire spool of gold thread and I can't replace that without going to Cleveland. I suppose I could have lost the thread the last time I went to the laundromat and brought my embroidery with me, but this is getting ridiculous.

I get the feeling this is one of those apartments that eats things. I had an apartment that ate umbrellas, once.
