lasagna and creating a culinary monster
Mar. 26th, 2005 03:39 pmI hope I can get the foil off the lasagna without all the cheese going SPLAT on the floor like it did last time. It made a very interesting noise, but it wasn't the result I wanted.
The problem with cooking by feel is that I end up with odds and ends of a lot of different ingredients. What the heck am I going to do with half a cup of leftover ricotta? (Put it in the cup or so of leftover sauce and do something with the sauce, and the leftover mozzarella, probably. Hmm, now that has possibilities...)
Like I need any more food around here, what with the incipient lasagna and the beef and broccoli I've got to make this week sometime. Oh well.
