The other day when it was cold enough to make me unhappy, I decided to close some windows. Little did I suspect it was going to turn into an epic battle.
( Herein, an account of said battle )
At least I probably won't have cold air coming in all over the place in the winter.
My brain hasn't caught up with me yet. It thinks I should be back on my grad school schedule, and therefore it refuses to shut off so I can go to sleep at night, and refuses to let me remember anything in the morning. I wish it would listen to my body, which falls asleep at about 11:30 and wakes up somewhere around the time I get out of the shower. If I can persuade my brain to let me go be horizontal, I fall asleep. Unfortunately I end up doing things like going into the bathroom to brush my teeth, and getting distracted by fuzz in my hairbrush, and deciding I have to do something about that immediately, so fifteen minutes later I still haven't brushed my teeth. Silly brain.
