overcome by a cleaning fit
Dec. 2nd, 2005 02:56 pmMy back is sore, but my bathroom is clean. Or as clean as I feel like making it, anyway. When I moved in, I couldn't see the nonskid spots on the bottom of the tub, and now I can see them in places. I suspect if I went back and scrubbed some more, they'd go away again. However, see above about my back. I need to find something to clean whatever my shower tiles are held in with; it looks more like cement than grout.
My kitchen is more or less clean, too. The floor needs washing, but I'm not up for that just yet. Actually, all the floors need washing, or vacuuming, depending on whether or not they're carpeted. That means I have to get everything off the floors, and that means I have to do something about the end of the living room that I keep pretending doesn't exist, because every time I look at it I go ARGH. I think on Sunday I'll go through everything I haven't touched since I moved in, and probably throw most of it out.
Things keep springing to mind, so I'm going to make a list.
Clear living room floor
Clear kitchen floor
Clear bedroom floor
Clear table
Neaten desk
File bills
Vacuum
Wash bathroom floor
Wash kitchen floor
Assemble laundry
Arrange to do laundry on Sunday
