I've trained myself so thoroughly to ignore the "reply all" option in my email that I don't use it even when I should. I suppose it's better to annoy myself by having to send the same message twice than it is to annoy a lot more people by sending them something they don't want?
On a somewhat more serious note, it's somewhat of a shock to come in on Friday morning and have the first email you read be a notice that an almost-brand-new coworker's last day was yesterday. It got me thinking about exactly how much goes on in this office, and how much work we get through. (The answer to both is Lots.) I can see how the speed we work at would be intimidating. I never think about it any more because I'm pretty much used to it, after a year.
