occupational hazards
Feb. 6th, 2007 11:07 amIt's very dry in here. Which means my skin is very dry. Which means that given the amount of paper I deal with, winter is paper cut season. I've cut myself four times in the last four working days (including the same finger twice). It also appears to be hangnail season, since I've got three.
In short, my hands are a mess. And having a paper cut in the webbing between my thumb and index finger is really horrendously inconvenient.
Just you wait, 'enry 'iggins, until we finally get around to putting all this paper online. I can't wait for that day; it will make my life so much easier...the only problem is, it won't happen for another couple of years, probably. Until then, I have to find some hand lotion that doesn't hurt when I put it on healing paper cuts.
