This week I'm having schloop for lunch, mostly from stuff I had hanging around:

5 chicken thighs
5 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp tomato paste
Lots of basil, parsley and oregano
2 qts chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can drained chickpeas
2 cups pasta, cooked

It would've had spinach in it too, but I forgot. It also would've had white beans in it, but I decided pasta and chickpeas were enough in that direction.

(It's called schloop because the pasta takes up a lot of liquid, so it doesn't have quite enough liquid left to be soup.)
