Mar. 19th, 2008 12:15 pmThree-hour SOP meeting last night. Probably three-hour SOP meeting next month too. However, it'll put a serious dent in the senior promotions list, and we need that to happen.
As of today, my vacation starts in a week and a half. I've been making a list of all the things I want to do over the nine days of not working. Some of them are domestic (take comforter to laundromat) and some of them are fun (go to aquarium) and some of them probably won't happen (win a game of Civ 4 by any means except scientific advancement) and I'm sure some of the things I'm going to end up doing aren't even on the list at all.
Oh yes, one more for the list: obtain small remote-controlled car to entertain cat with. Her favorite thing to do lately is chase moving things, even though she doesn't catch them much because she doesn't brake very well and her hind end doesn't corner at all, hardly. (Memo to self: ask vet about her hips when she gets her shots in August.)
