not AGAIN...
Feb. 25th, 2009 08:40 pmLast year, on Leap Day, I strained my right rotator cuff such that it took several months and physical therapy to get better.
This afternoon I did something to my left rotator cuff in the process of hauling 8 reams of P&R packets all over two hospitals. It's not as bad as what I did to the other one last year, but this is a tradition I could most definitely live without. (And since I'm out of rotator cuffs to do things to, I don't want to know what I could do to myself next February.) Unfortunately this will not excuse me from hauling P&R packets all over two hospitals, and SOP packets all over three or four hospitals, next month.
At least I still have the surgical tubing and the exercise instructions.
