Last year, on Leap Day, I strained my right rotator cuff such that it took several months and physical therapy to get better.

This afternoon I did something to my left rotator cuff in the process of hauling 8 reams of P&R packets all over two hospitals. It's not as bad as what I did to the other one last year, but this is a tradition I could most definitely live without. (And since I'm out of rotator cuffs to do things to, I don't want to know what I could do to myself next February.) Unfortunately this will not excuse me from hauling P&R packets all over two hospitals, and SOP packets all over three or four hospitals, next month.

At least I still have the surgical tubing and the exercise instructions.

OK, they need to buy you one of those wheeled milk crate/file holders. Then you *wheel* the reams of peper. Not OK to strain rotator cuffs, and my old chiropractor told me that shoulder injuries are some of the hardest to rehab, because of the range of motion.

Ouch. May you heal quickly and painlessly.
