(no subject)

Lily threw up eight times this morning. I hope it's hairballs. In any case, she wanted breakfast and wasn't acting sick other than throwing up. If she doesn't want dinner, then I'll start worrying. I'm not used to Lily throwing up. Snip does, all the time, but that's because she eats too fast.

I stand corrected about the weather forecast today. When I got up to clean up after Lily, it was overcast and I didn't believe it was going to be sunny. But here it is, being sunny. That'll teach me. (Not sure what it'll teach me exactly, but I'm sure it'll teach me something.)

This "three-day weekend" idea is sounding better all the time. Especially considering the week that preceded it.

(Long pause for hour-and-a-half staff meeting)

HA, we get to leave early today if we can manage it. I'm not sure I'll be able to manage it, because I'm supposed to be having an hour or so of meeting with my new boss sometime today. Honestly, I'd rather have the meeting.

I wish I hadn't bitten my tongue in my sleep last night, because now I keep biting it in the same spot. OW.
