Sep. 19th, 2014 07:53 pmOnce a month I have a one-hour massage, because I need it. After tonight's, I'm not sure I'll be able to walk tomorrow.
Both hips, both shoulders and the right side of my spine were completely locked up. It was like a traffic jam in my back; nothing wanted to loosen up on account of everything else not wanting to either. It took at least 45 minutes to sort that out, and at the end of the hour I wasn't quite sure I could stand up. I did, eventually, but I started trembling and haven't stopped yet. My balance has also gone a little weird, so if I'm upright and not moving, I have to have something to lean against. Walking mostly works, but I have to pay more attention than usual to where I'm going.
On the positive side, I don't hurt, right now. I expect there's going to be a major reckoning once my back figures out what the hell happened to it, which will probably be sometime tomorrow morning. I wish I knew what the hell happened to it to get it locked up that badly in the first place.
