two unconnected thoughts

It's interesting what I won't commit to public perusal, and what it forces me to think about. Mostly it forces me to acknowledge the thought, decide why I had it, decide it's not worth dwelling and/or acting on, and go on to the next thing.

I'm waiting for email, and I know perfectly well that the best way to get it to show up is to leave the house for a couple of hours. Unfortunately it seems that every time I leave the house, I end up spending money, and I've got to stop that until I know when I'll get paid again.
